![]() This guitar has solid non-figured maple body wings, a pau ferro fretboard with 24 frets, gold hardware including a Schaller one piece hardtail bridge and straplocks, and a beautiful Red Stain Gloss finish. ![]() Rumored to be the only NS-6 made with the tilted, however I remember seeing one more guitar made with this feature.Īfter receiving this guitar, original owner Billy Thomas custom made the bridge pickup to fit the tilted rout, and used a Spector branded single coil for the neck position pickup. ![]() Also personally I prefer to play and maintain NS-6 guitars like this one, with a hardtail style bridge.Ī tilted humbucker in the bridge position was a Kramer guitar spec in the 1980s. I have owned a few of these guitars, and all of these had the same pleasing "chime" to their tone. This is one of less than 200 NS-6 electric guitars made in the USA during the Spector/Kramer era.
